Returned Goods
Get our permission first. Opened packages of food packaging can not be
accepted. Unless it was our mistake, a restocking charge of 15% is made.
On-Line Orders
Mariplex reserves the right to verify and or cancel any order if
authentication of the customer can not be verified. Mariplex reserves the right
to refuse service to any customer that abuses their account and or has an
outstanding balance with Mariplex.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Taxes
Orders from within Canada
The tax rate of your province will apply to both product and shipping
Orders from within US
You are responsible for submitting the appropriate tax to regulators
International Orders
You are responsible for submitting the appropriate tax to regulators

Our office is open 8 am to 4:30 pm AST. If you call early in the day, same
day shipment may be possible. You can fax your orders directly to the sales
office at (902) 755-7640.
Terms
If you have not established credit with Mariplex, we are happy to handle your
orders on a cash-with-order basis or via PAYPAL through our website, which
accepts all major credit cards.
Shipping and Handling
We use all popular methods of shipment, truck lines, Freight Forwarders, Bus,
Parcel Post, Priority Courier, and UPS. If you are ordering from the United
states we recommend using our UPS shipping option when placing an on-line order.
This will calculate the exact S&H charges. Costs vary based on size and weight
of order.
We ship to non-United states destinations using truck lines, and Priority
Courier. Costs vary based on size and weight of order.
